Certain items in this section are zero-rated for VAT - they are clearly displayed as "VAT 0%"

These products differ from those products in our catalogue which require a signed declaration of VAT eligibilty by the customer for presentation to HM Customs and Excise.

This move has been taken by Customs and Excise to help improve accessibility to these products. However various conditions apply:

1. The customer must be living in their own home. Supplies to 'institutions' i.e. nursing homes, hospitals and the NHS are NOT eligible to purchase these products VAT free
2. Bed protection items are NOT eligible for VAT relief
3. Where any of the following purchases are made, a signed declaration MUST be obtained from the customer:

• more than 200 disposable pads
• more than 50 washable pads
• more than 5 collecting devices (e.g. urinals)
• more than 10 pairs of waterproof or leakproof underwear

We will not process an order which exceeds these quantities without a valid exemption
