We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Delta. We cannot accept Electron cards.

Our systems are now fully integrated with Mastercard SecureCode and Verified by Visa. These schemes provide the online equivalent to "Chip and Pin" and mean much greater security for your online transactions.

During the payment process, if you have already registered your card for either SecureCode or Verified by Visa, you will be asked to enter your PIN to authorise the transaction. If your card issuer offers these services but you have not yet signed up, you will be offered the opportunity to do so. As these systems will soon be mandatory, we encourage all our customers to sign up. If you do not yet wish to sign up, or your card issuer is not yet a member of these schemes, you will still be able to process your order.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or securely over the Internet

We also accept payment by cheque. We require three working days from the date of receipt to clear a cheque. Your order will then be despatched.

Orders with a retail value of over 5GBP will be sent recorded delivery.

Orders exceeding a certain weight are sent by our courier, Interlink Express, in order to keep costs down. We will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for courier deliveries. All courier deliveries require a signature. Unfortunately we cannot specify a morning/afternoon delivery.

The site will not allow an order to proceed where the order weight exceeds 25kg. In the event of this occurring you will be asked to contact us to discuss shipping costs.

We use a High-grade AES-256 bit SSL server to protect your personal data throughout the checkout procedure on our site. You will then be transferred to Protx's secure server to complete your credit card transaction.

Additionally, all orders are stored encrypted on our server and can only be decrypted by us once downloaded.

Any item may be returned to us, undamaged and unused, within 30 days of receipt. The cost of the goods, excluding the initial outward postage and packaging will be refunded to you when we are in receipt of the returned goods.

If any goods received by you are in a faulty or damaged condition, your refund will include outward and return postage and packaging costs.

The Direct Selling Regulations (DSR) 2000 cover purchases made where there is no direct contact between vendor and consumer. It does not apply to items bought for business, fairs, exhibitions or showroom use.

Under these regulations you can cancel your order from the moment your order is received until seven working days after the goods are received. You do not need to give a reason for cancellation or return - just e-mail quoting your order number and your wish to cancel/return in accordance with the DSR 2000. There is no charge for this provided your order has not been despatched.

Once the goods have been sent you will need to arrange and pay for the return delivery. We suggest insuring the goods against loss or damage. The goods must be un-used and be received in a re-saleable condition including all accessories, packaging etc.

A refund of all monies including the initial postage and packing charges will be made upon receipt of the returned goods and within 30 days of cancellation. However, if the goods are not returned at your cost, we will arrange for a courier to collect them. The cost of this collection will be deducted from your refund.
